What does your role in the team look like

Every day is about turning opportunities into growth. You keep a close eye on your key accounts, spotting new chances to expand product listings, secure better shelf space and strengthen Dorel Juvenile’s presence across Southern Germany. Through smart negotiations and strategic thinking you make sure our products stand exactly where they should: in the spotlight.

Data is your compass. By analyzing sales performance and market trends you see what works, what needs fine‑tuning and where the next move lies. Collaboration is at the heart of what you do. You work closely with Sales Administration, Operations, Marketing, Retailer Care and After‑Sales ensuring every customer experience is smooth from order to delivery. As the main point of contact for your accounts you build relationships that go beyond business, based on trust, reliability and success.

What to bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or solid experience in key account management or a senior sales background in the German market.

  • Fluent in German, with excellent communication skills in English.
