Job Description

We’renowlookingforaKeyAccountManagertojoinourteamandgrowUniversum’spresenceintheGermanandEuropeanmarket.You’llplayakeyroleinbuildingstrongclientrelationships,drivingnewbusiness,anddeliveringstrategicemployerbrandingsolutions.Inthisroleyouwillworkfullyremotebutberequiredtotraveloccasionally,primarilyforclientmeetingstoourHQinStockholm,Sweden.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • IdentifyingandsecuringnewbusinessopportunitiesacrossGermany,whilestrengtheningrelationshipswithexistingclients
  • Drivingbusinessgrowththroughconsultativesales–fromleadgenerationandproposalwritingtoclientpresentationsandclosingdeals
  • CollaboratingwithHRprofessionals,employerbrandleaders,andseniorexecutivesatsomeofthecountry’stoporganizations
  • Managingapipelineofactiveaccountsandopportunities,acceleratingsalescycles,andensuringlong-termclientsuccess
  • Actingasastrategicadvisortoclients,helpingthemstandoutinthecompetitivetalentmarket
Qualifications
  • Aresults-drivenmindsetandastrongtrackrecordinB2Bsales,especiallywithinnewbusinessdevelopmentandkeyaccountgrowth
