A leading innovation hub in aviation is seeking a Junior Transformation Manager to create engagement and drive change through facilitation and collaboration. Job summary: We are looking for a Junior Transformation Manager (all genders) who thrives on creating engagement and driving change through powerful facilitation and collaboration. You will work at the intersection of innovation, learning, and transformation, helping Lufthansa Group leaders and teams strengthen the mindset and skillset needed for future‑ready organisations.
The Transformation Team at LIH equips Lufthansa Group and beyond with the capabilities and confidence to innovate. We design and facilitate unique learning experiences, workshops, smaller consulting projects and transformation programs that inspire people to think differently and act boldly.
Location: Berlin (with regular travel to Frankfurt, Munich, Vienna, Zurich)
