Your profile
Must Have
- First experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with a focus on providing high-quality, timely service
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Self-driven with an eagerness to keep up to date with Talent Acquisition trends and technical/AI developments
- Fluency in German and English
Nice to Have
- Advanced skills with Excel/Spreadsheets and analytical skills to support data driven decision based on recruiting metrics
- Basic knowledge or interest in employer branding initiatives
- Exposure in skill-based or high-volume recruitment settings

Your mission
As a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in building HelloBetter’s team and nurturing its culture by hiring the best matching talents. Your efforts will ensure we attract, nurture, and onboard individuals who are competent, passionate and driven to make a difference in the digital mental health sector.
Your objectives
Your day-to-day will be:
- End-to-End Hiring: Managing the recruitment process from job requisition to offer acceptance, focusing on sourcing, engaging, and interviewing candidates across all roles.
- Candidate Experience: Enhance candidate relationships through timely and thoughtful and positive communication and engaging experiences, always keeping quality and speed in focus.
- Hiring Manager Collaboration: Work alongside hiring managers to identify and attract the best matching candidates, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
- Sourcing & Candidate Attraction: Utilize diverse sourcing & attraction channels to engage top talent and build a strong candidate pipeline.
- ATS Management: Operate our Applicant Tracking System, ensuring efficient operations and data accuracy.
You will also be involved in:
- Process Improvements & Automations: Assist in refining recruiting practices and opportunities to include AI/automations, making our operations more efficient yet fair and skill-based.
- KPIs & Reporting: Be on top of your KPIs and analyze funnel and satisfaction data to optimize the recruitment funnel & experience.
- Employer Branding & Projects: Contribute to employer branding initiatives and build positive relationships with potential candidates.
