Tasks

Join us and help create amazing travel moments! You'll be the helping with contracts, keeping data on track, answering partner inquiries, and spotting ways to make things better. You'll also get involved in organizing sales events and presentations, making sure everything runs like a dream.

  • Supporting sales partners and providing operational support during contract negotiations
  • Data quality and contract management to ensure high data integrity and optimal control of contractual partners
  • Supporting the development and implementation of sales strategies, handling partner inquiries, and implementing optimization measures to improve the customer experience in third-party sales
  • Analysis of sales trends and support in optimizing sales processes
  • Organization of sales activities and support in preparing presentations and trade fairs
  • Support for Sales Support with group bookings and B2B inquiries

Requirements
  • Completed degree or training in economics, tourism, or comparable qualification
  • Initial professional experience in sales, ideally in tourism
  • Good communication skills and initial experience in stakeholder management
  • Organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and structure tasks
  • Good analytical skills in processing sales data
  • Initiative, hands-on mentality, and ability to work in a team
  • Fluent German and English, written and spo
  • Experience with CRS systems
  • Practical experience in a travel agency is helpful
