Job summary

Talantir in Berlin is hiring a Junior Recruitment Consultant to learn the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from winning clients to sourcing and placing top SaaS talent. You will receive hands-on training and direct mentorship from the company owner in a fast-paced, performance-led environment.

Responsibilities include supporting business development in the German SaaS market, identifying clients, sourcing and screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.

Qualifications

The Opportunity

As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you will be trained in the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from winning new clients to sourcing and placing top SaaS talent.

The role has two key focus areas:

Client Development

You will learn how to map markets, identify decision-makers, and approach prospective clients. Building long-term, trusted relationships will be central to your success.

Candidate Management

You’ll be trained to assess both technical capability and cultural fit, while guiding candidates professionally through the interview process.

You will receive hands-on training and direct mentorship from the company owner, who brings over 10 years of specialist experience in tech and SaaS recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
