Cross Border Talents in Berlin, Germany is seeking a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to identify and screen candidates for live roles while building your own desk. You will prepare CVs, arrange interviews, and reach out to clients to grow the business. Recent graduates are welcome to apply.

The role requires native German, fluent English, and a proactive, customer‑oriented attitude. Travel may be required, and full-time employment offers comprehensive training and career growth.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent German (C1) and English (B2) to communicate with clients and candidates.
• Degree in HR or related field is advantageous.
• Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Customer-oriented with relationship-building skills.
• Able to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Position: Graduate 360 Recruitment Consultant
Location: Berlin, Germany
Employment type: Full-time
Salary:30,000 Euros gross yearly + commission + other benefits

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and screen suitable candidates for open and live positions
• Build/grow your own desk (very important)
• Prepare the candidate CVs for submission to clients
• Arrange interviews for senior consultants
• Contact potential clients via phone or email
• Shadow senior consultants on their daily activities

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent in German (C1), both oral and written. Fluent in English (B2)
• Academic or Professional degree in HR or related field will be considered as an advantage
• Great communicator with ability to persuade and negotiate
• Customer oriented with ability to build and nurture the relationship
• An ability to work within tight timescales and to deadline
• "Can-do" attitude and proactive approach
• Computer literate with sound knowledge of MS Office package
• Ability to travel in line with the business needs
• You thrive working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Recent graduate
• No previous recruitment experience
• Eligible to live & work in Germany
