Job summary

Pack GTM is the go-to recruitment partner for B2B SaaS sales hiring across DACH. From day one you’ll speak with sales professionals, learn to identify true sellers, and work directly with the founder to run projects end to end with full commission.

You’ll build your personal brand on LinkedIn, win and close your own recruitment projects, and develop deep knowledge of the DACH SaaS market. We offer hybrid Berlin work, mentorship from a founder with 10+ years of experience, and regular training.

Qualifications

• German proficiency at C1 level or higher and fluent English.
• Strong phone-based outbound outreach via phone, email and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound contact every day by phone, email and LinkedIn with candidates and hiring managers.
• Run searches end-to-end: take briefs, headhunt, screen, interview and manage offers.
• Build personal brand on LinkedIn to attract candidates and clients.
• Win and close recruitment projects, aiming for a full desk within the first year.
• Develop deep knowledge of the DACH SaaS sales market and hiring trends.

Job description

From day one, you’re on the phone with sales professionals across DACH, learning to spot who can actually sell. You’ll work directly with our founder, and within your first year you’ll run your own projects end to end, with full commission on everything you generate. It’s like running your own small business, with the training, brand and client demand already in place.

The Business

Recruitment is a $645bn global market (2024), forecast to pass $930bn by 2033. Our corner of it is growing faster. German SaaS passed €16bn in 2025 and is on track to nearly double by 2030, yet there are still almost no true specialists recruiting for it. You’d walk into more warm, quality demand than we can currently service.

The Role

You find, approach and place the sales talent our clients hire:

• Make high-volume outbound contact every day by phone, email and LinkedIn, with both candidates and hiring managers
• Run searches end to end alongside the founder: taking the brief, headhunting, screening, interviewing and managing offers
• Build your personal brand on LinkedIn, so candidates and clients start coming to you
• Win and close your own recruitment projects, working towards a full desk of your own within your first year
• Build deep knowledge of the DACH SaaS sales market: who’s hiring, who’s growing and where the best sellers are

What You’ll Bring

• Excellent German (C1 level or above) and fluent English, as you'll work with clients and candidates in both languages every day
• Confidence on the phone: you’re comfortable making high-volume outbound contact by phone, email and LinkedIn every day, from day one
• Coachability: you take feedback and visibly act on it
• The drive to build a career rather than just do a job, and to run your own desk within your first year
• No recruitment experience needed, and career changers are welcome: if you’ve worked in sales, hospitality, retail, teaching, sport or any other role where you won people over, we’ll train you in recruitment from first principles.
• You’re based in Berlin or relocating (hybrid, 3 days a week in the office after probation)
