Job summary

David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a leading firm to hire a German-speaking Graduate 360 Recruitment Consultant for their Berlin office. The role involves identifying candidates, building a client desk, preparing CVs, arranging interviews, and engaging with clients.

The ideal candidate is a recent graduate fluent in German (C1) and English (B2), with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Native/fluent in German (C1) oral and written.
• Fluent in English (B2).
• Academic or professional degree in HR or related field is advantageous.

Position: Graduate 360 Recruitment Consultant

Location: Berlin, Germany

Employment type: Full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and screen suitable candidates for open and live positions

• Build/grow your own desk (very important)

• Prepare the candidate CVs for submission to clients

• Arrange interviews for senior consultants

• Contact potential clients via phone or email

• Shadow senior consultants on their daily activities

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent in German (C1), both oral and written. Fluent in English (B2)

• Academic or Professional degree in HR or related field will be considered as an advantage

• Great communicator with ability to persuade and negotiate

• Customer oriented with ability to build and nurture the relation

• An ability of work within tight timescales and to the deadline

• “Can-do” attitude and proactive approach

• Computer literate with sound knowledge of MS Office package

• Ability to travel in line with the business needs.
