Must Haves

  • 1-3 years experience in operations, administration, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with vendor/supplier management
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets
  • Process documentation and improvement experience
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Team-oriented with independent work capability

As Junior Operations Manager (f/x/m) you take ownership of key operational areas such as fleet and supplier management, support the implementation of new tools and processes, and help drive day-to-day efficiency and scalability in a fast-growing healthtech environment.
