Your key responsibilities will include :

• Lead the 360-campaign planning process, from ideation to execution, ensuring seamless integration of marketing efforts across various platforms.
• Develop compelling creative briefs for digital activations, collaborating with creative agencies to produce engaging and impactful assets.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize future campaigns and improve overall customer activation strategies.
• Drive the implementation of key strategic priorities in line with the company framework.
• Driving local product launches and activation initiatives

What are we looking for?

• Master's degree with a focus on (Strategic) Marketing or similar
• A minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in Marketing, with a preference for multinational FMCG company, with a strong affinity towards Brands and D2C activation.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and collaborate across several departments.
• Strong Stakeholder Management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Creative mindset, ability to think conceptually and outside the box.
• Proactive, with a can-do mindset and a passion for innovation and new trends.
• Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively, fostering an open and productive working environment (depending on the role & team setup).
• Exceptional communication, negotiation and influencing skills, both written and verbal in ideally both, German and English.
