Overview

We are looking for a: n for our team in Tübingen. Junior IT administrator / IT support employee (m/f/d)

As a junior IT administrator / IT support employee (m/f/d), you will carry out technical purchasing independently and take care of employees' technical concerns. We, SySS GmbH, are an IT service company with a focus on IT security testing. Founded in 1998, we are now the market leader in the field of penetration testing and employ a team of around 175 people at four locations in Tübingen, Frankfurt am Main, Munich and Vienna. Our work focuses on hacking web applications and IT infrastructures of well-known customers of all sizes and industries, many of whom we have been advising for many years.

YOUR TASKS WITH US

• The independent implementation of technical purchasing and participation in first-level support.
• You handle employee concerns and related tasks in a reliable and customer-oriented manner.
• Independent implementation of IT projects and coordination of external service providers are part of your daily work.
• Our documentation and inventory of the IT infrastructure will always keep you up to date.
• You ensure IT security and optimize the infrastructure in terms of (information) security at all times.
• You support the administration of our server landscape (Linux / Windows) and take on tasks independently.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have successfully completed your (specialist) university degree in computer science or a comparable technical education.
• You work in a customer-oriented manner and think and act in a process-oriented way.
• You are a team player.
• You are no stranger to firewalls, certificates, DNS and encryption.
• Working on organizational and technical processes is easy for you.
• Experience in dealing with an ISMS and its further development is an advantage.
• Very good knowledge of German and English.
