Job Description

• Support with checking, assigning accounts, and posting incoming and outgoing invoices
• Assistance with monitoring payment flows and dunning procedures
• Support with preparing advance VAT returns
• Assistance with monthly account reconciliations, particularly in the intercompany area
• Support with preparing monthly and annual financial statements

Qualifications

• Completed commercial vocational training with a focus on finance and accounting, e.g., as a tax clerk (f/m/d) or insurance and finance clerk (f/m/d)
• Initial experience in financial accounting, ideally in accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Basic knowledge of national accounting (HGB) and corporate management is an advantage
• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel, and ideally initial knowledge of an ERP system (e.g., SAP)
• Business fluent German and good written and spoken English
