At XU were reshaping online learning through creativity technology and AI. Our content development and production team creates next-generation digital learning experiences for global audiences. We are now looking for a Learning Designer with who loves experimenting with AI tools to build learning content and media assets that inspire learners worldwide.

• Create engaging learning content in German and English with AI-powered authoring tools
• Use AI tools to produce and edit visuals animations short videos and graphics
• Collaborate with instructional designers and media producers to bring learning stories to life
• Refine AI-generated outputs for accuracy tone and learner impact
• Explore new AI applications to enhance learning design and efficiency

Your profile

• Excellent German and English skills spoken and written
• First experience or strong interest in e-learning and instructional writing
• Familiarity with tools such as Articulate Rise or similar platforms
• Confident use of AI tools such as ChatGPT and effective prompting skills
• Curiosity about GenAI and emerging technologies
• Creativity storytelling ability and a passion for design and learning
• Organized detail-oriented and eager to grow in a dynamic environment
