An excellent opportunity for an aspiring Junior Design Manager to develop their career on major construction projects with a well-established, forward-thinking contractor. Working alongside Senior Design Managers and Project Teams, you will support the coordination and delivery of design packages, helping to ensure designs are aligned with construction requirements, programme milestones, and client expectations. This is a hands‑on role offering mentorship, structured progression, and exposure to high-value projects.

Your Role as a Junior Design Manager Will Include:

• Supporting Senior Design Managers with the coordination and delivery of design information across live construction projects
• Acting as a key link between consultants, subcontractors, BIM teams, and site teams to keep design information aligned
• Assisting with tracking design progress, key dates, and changes to support programme and quality objectives
• Helping manage and organise technical documentation, drawings, and submissions throughout the project lifecycle
• Gaining hands‑on project and site experience by supporting quality checks, coordination activities, and project close‑out

As a Junior Design Manager, You Will Have:
