Responsibilities / Tasks

As a (Junior) Claim Manager, you will play a key role in helping our project teams manage contracts and optimize outcomes. This role is perfect if you enjoy analyzing challenges, collaborating across teams, and contributing to solutions.

You will:

  • Support the management and resolution of claims, deviations, and scope changes
  • Analyze contract documents to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Prepare clear documentation, reports, and negotiation materials
  • Collaborate closely with Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, and Legal teams
  • Contribute to claim management strategies and help implement best practices
  • Gain hands‑on experience in national and international projects
Your Profile / Qualifications

Education & Experience
  • University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable field
  • Or completed commercial apprenticeship with advanced vocational qualifications
  • Additional training in project or contract management is a plus
  • Experience in a similar role is welcomed, but ambitious juniors are encouraged to apply
