Job summary

Darwin Recruitment in Berlin is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support customer billing, invoicing and subsidy management. You will contribute to accurate financial operations and support the energy transition in a growing, international finance team.

The role requires experience in AR, energy billing, and strong German/English communication. You will work with Dynamics and SharePoint and enjoy a friendly, collaborative environment with home-office options.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Receivable, energy billing, utility billing or a similar finance role.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in both German and English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and SharePoint would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support customer billing processes for energy systems and services.
• Oversee invoicing, validate billing data and ensure compliance with subsidy requirements.
• Handle billing queries, corrections and discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
