ANEXIA Inc. in Karlsruhe sucht eine/n Kaufmännische/n Sachbearbeiter/in im Bereich Zahlungsverkehr.

Sie übernehmen die schriftliche Korrespondenz mit Kunden zu Abrechnungsfragen, überwachen offene Posten, klären Diskrepanzen und bearbeiten das Mahnwesen. Zudem arbeiten Sie mit anderen Abteilungen zusammen, um Prozesse zu optimieren. Möglichkeiten zur Digitalisierung und Automatisierung werden geboten.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung.
• Begeisterung für Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und Freude an neuen Ideen.
• Genau, strukturiert und eigenständige Arbeitsweise.
• Kommunikationsstärke, Kundenorientierung und Teamfähigkeit.
• Sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Responsabilités

• Schriftliche Korrespondenz mit Kunden zu allen Abrechnungsfragen
• Überwachung offener Posten und Klärung von Diskrepanzen
• Bearbeitung des Mahnwesens
• Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen zur Prozessoptimierung
• Möglichkeit, an Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungsprojekten in der Finanzabteilung teilzunehmen
