Your responsibilities

• Responsibility for all business transactions in the area of accounts receivable
• Preparation of invoice attachments in close cooperation with project management
• Clarification of outstanding receivables and execution of a professional dunning process
• Active involvement in project controlling as well as revenue and liquidity planning
• Point of contact for related departments, customers, and auditors
• Support in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)

Your profile

• You have completed a degree in business administration or a commercial apprenticeship
• You have several years of professional experience in accounts receivable, ideally in an internationally oriented company
• You have industry-specific knowledge, which is an advantage but not a requirement
• You have the ambition to take on more responsibility in the short to medium term and to further develop your professional skills
• You have very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel, as well as good English skills
• You have knowledge of an ERP system, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• You have strong communication skills and are a team player
• You demonstrate a high level of initiative and work in a structured and independent manner
