Aufgaben

  • Handle day-to-day bookkeeping activities for clients.
  • Participate in financial reports preparation in LUX GAAP and IFRS.
  • Assist in preparation of Annual Accounts in LUX GAAP.
  • Help with tax returns and Intrastat reports.
  • Correspond with clients and assist them on-site as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Handling all day-to-day bookkeeping activities for our clients;
  • Participate in preparation periodic financial reports in LUX GAAP and IFRS;
  • Participate in preparation of Annual Accounts in LUX GAAP and bridge files from FOREIGN GAAP or Group management accounts to LUX GAAP and assistance to the Audit process;
  • Participate in preparation of indirect / direct tax returns, Intrastat reports and tax provisions computation in collaboration with your manager and our tax department;
  • Participate in preparation of the mandatory central bank reporting
  • Correspondence with clients and assist clients at their premises upon request.
Main requirements
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting, audit or any other practically oriented accounting qualification;
  • From 2 to 3 years of experience, among a recognized player in the local market;
  • Fluent in English (French or any other language is considered an asset);
  • Good knowledge of BOB 50, ODOO, Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and or ORACLE (are considered as an asset);
  • Organisation skills and attention to details;
  • Team spirit and ability to work across diverse organisations and teams;
  • Positive energy and motivated spirit.
