What You Will Do

In this role, you’ll work hand‑in‑hand with the Regional Account Manager to manage and grow customer relationships. You will independently handle selected accounts while contributing to the overall customer success strategy in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and grow a portfolio of mid‑market to enterprise customers in close collaboration with the Regional Account Manager
  • Independently manage selected accounts, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction
  • Proactively prospect into new departments or teams within existing customer organizations to expand account reach
  • Act as a key point of contact for day‑to‑day customer inquiries and support
  • Monitor usage and customer health, proactively addressing risks and uncovering growth opportunities
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure seamless customer experiences and value delivery
  • Track activities, report insights, and maintain accurate records in CRM tools

Enthusiasm for learning and explaining tools like think‑cell’s intuitive productivity platform.

You will be great for this position if you have
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales and/or account management, customer success, or a similar customer‑facing role
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce; experience in a SaaS or software environment is a plus
