Overview

Our client, a global leader in the FinTech industry, is hiring a ServiceNow ITFM Product Manager to join the team on a contract basis in Bayern, Germany. The successful candidate will drive the delivery of their Native ServiceNow SaaS solutions, leveraging a blend of strong project management skills and advanced business analysis expertise.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the planning, execution and successful completion of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule and budget.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines and resource allocation strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors and stakeholders to manage deliverables and dependencies.
  • Lead meetings and calls confidently, capturing and communicating business requirements without constant technical support.
  • Track and report on project progress, risks and issues to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Elicit and analyse business requirements through interviews, workshops and documentation review.
  • Convert business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
  • Work closely with developers, solution architects, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Document business processes, workflows and system interactions to support project execution and future enhancements.
Skillset
  • Complete ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) training within the first 2 months.
