Infosys BPM Germany is seeking an End-User Support specialist to join our client-facing team in Ilsfeld. You will maintain applications, operating systems, and PC hardware, and resolve incidents within SLAs.

Responsibilities include software staging, installation and configuration, plus handling logistics and inventory. You must be fluent in German and English, hold a valid Class B driving license, and be willing to travel to client locations.

General Requirements:

• Valid Class B Driver’s License – Mandatory
• Willingness to Travel to client locations.
• Language Proficiency – Professional fluency in both German and English (C1 level).
• Experience – Prior experience in a customer-facing end-user support role (e.g., Helpdesk Technician, Desktop Support Specialist).

Technical Knowledge:

• Familiarity with EUC (End-User Computing) environments.
• Providing enrollment support to users after the setup of a new device (e.g., as part of the “New Joiner Process”)
• Supporting users during the MFA setup process (Authenticator, YubiKey, etc.)
• Experience with software and operating system installations and support.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft products and competing solutions.
• Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to resolve incidents, fulfill requests, and manage changes within defined SLA guidelines.
