Zusammenfassung

Infosys BPM Germany is seeking an organized, ambitious individual for a client-facing End User Support role in Frankfurt. You will handle incident resolution, device setup, software installations, and MFA enrollment support for a multinational client.

Responsibilities include maintaining PCs and operating systems, managing asset inventory and logistics, and ensuring adherence to SLA guidelines. German and English fluency, a valid driving license, and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a customer-facing end-user support role (e.g., Helpdesk Technician, Desktop Support)
• Fluent in German and English (C1)
• Valid Class B Driver’s License – Mandatory
• Willingness to Travel to client locations.

General Requirements:

• Valid Class B Driver’s License – Mandatory
• Willingness to Travel to client locations.
• Language Proficiency – Professional fluency in both German and English (C1 level).
• Experience – Prior experience in a customer-facing end-user support role (e.g., Helpdesk Technician, Desktop Support Specialist).

Technical Knowledge:

• Familiarity with EUC (End-User Computing) environments.
• Providing enrollment support to users after the setup of a new device (e.g., as part of the “New Joiner Process”)
• Supporting users during the MFA setup process (Authenticator, YubiKey, etc.)
• Experience with software and operating system installations and support.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft products and competing solutions.
• Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to resolve incidents, fulfill requests, and manage changes within defined SLA guidelines.
