Fortis Hayes is seeking an experienced IT Support professional for an onsite role in Melsungen, Germany. The position requires hands-on hardware, networking, printer support, and strong ticketing experience. You will engage with staff and resolve technical issues to sustain daily operations.

Fluency in German (B2) and English is required, with long-term onsite work pattern and a focus on service delivery across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 24 months of IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software and MS Windows OS.
• Experience with printers, networking, VPNs and ticketing systems.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Exchange, and Apple OS.
• Certifications: A+, OEMs, CompTIA A+, MCITP, MOS.
• Excellent customer service and adherence to documented processes.

Location: Melsungen, Germany.

Start date:October 1st, 2025.

Work pattern: 5 days a week onsite.

Contract: Long-term on an on-going basis

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Over 24 months of work experience.
• Advanced knowledge in computer hardware, software applications, and Microsoft OS.
• Proficient in printer hardware, networking, wireless and VPN configurations, ticketing software, Microsoft Office & Office 365, PC/Laptop hardware and peripherals, including printers, and mobile devices.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Exchange, Apple OS, network and server hardware.
• Relevant IT certifications: A+ Certification, OEM certifications (Dell, HP, Lenovo, Lexmark, IBM), CompTIA A+, MCITP, MOS.
• Strong customer service skills, problem resolution, and ability to adhere to documented processes.

Language Requirement:

• Fluency in German/Deutsche (B2) andEnglish (written and verbal).

Equipment Provided:

• Systems and equipment, including a PC and phone.

Ensure identified candidates can present to customer staff, monitor daily service activity effectively, and maintain high levels of service delivery.
