Zusammenfassung

BCIC Swiss GmbH in Germany is seeking a Desk Side Technician for a 2-month, on-site assignment to support end-user devices and IT infrastructure.

The role requires strong Windows 10/11, macOS, Active Directory, hardware/network troubleshooting, and the ability to lead and train junior staff.

You will install and configure hardware/software, manage tickets, and supervise a small team of technicians to ensure timely resolution.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a valid work permit in Germany.
• German language at least B2 and English proficiency.
• Experience of 2+ years in a similar Desk Side/IT support role.
• Certifications: at least two (e.g., CompTIA A+, MCITP, MOS).

• Installation & Setup: Configure hardware, software, networks, printers, and new user accounts.
• Support & Maintenance: Monitor systems, update ITSM tickets promptly, and guide users.
• Leadership: Supervise a team of technicians and train junior staff.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid work permit in Germany
• Germany & English language (Min B2 Level)
• Experience: 24+ months (2+ years) in a similar role.
• Certifications (At least 2): CompTIA A+, MCITP (Desktop), MOS, or Laptop OEM Maintenance.
• Attributes: High sense of urgency, professional appearance, strong team player, and resilient under pressure.
