Jobtailor is seeking an IT Support / Field Service professional to deliver 1st- and 2nd-level support for Windows environments, install and commission devices, and perform hardware replacements across customer sites in Germany. The role includes on-site and remote support with travel to Berlin, Hanover, and Saxony, plus occasional home-office work.

The ideal candidate brings strong customer focus, German and English skills, and a valid B driver's license.

• Document activities in the ticketing system.

• Support IT projects and rollouts at various customer locations, partly from home office.
