BCIC Swiss GmbH is seeking an IT Support Specialist to work on-site in Germany. The role involves first- and second-level support, resolving issues, and coordinating with vendors for complex AV problems.

You will keep ticket status updated and ensure timely resolutions, while supporting Windows and macOS environments and related peripherals. The candidate should have several years of IT experience and hold a valid German work permit.

• Provide first- or second-level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
• Work with third-party vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed.
• Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.
• Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office & Cisco Jabber as needed.
• Support Apple PC users with macOS knowledge.
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware.
• Perform remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network connectivity and workstation hardware/software.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- or second-level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
• Work with third-party vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed.
• Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.
• Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS , Microsoft Office & Cisco Jabber authorized .
• Should have basic knowledge of the Mac operating system to support Apple PC users.
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware.
• Performs remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity and workstation hardware/software.

Requirements
