Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als IT-Spezialist oder vergleichbare IT-Erfahrung.
• Erste Erfahrung in der Installation und dem Betrieb von IT-Umgebungen.
• Strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbständige Arbeitsweise.

Aufgaben

• Planung, Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von ESL-Infrastrukturen.
• Analyse und Behebung von System-, Netzwerk- und Softwareproblemen.
• Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen über das Ticketsystem.

We are looking for our team in Passau or possibly remotely in Poland at the earliest possible date.

What awaits you with us:

• You take care of the planning, installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance of ESL infrastructures for our customers – with a focus on Poland.
• You analyze and resolve system, network, and software issues of ESL infrastructures – remotely or on-site if required.
• You handle customer support requests via our ticket system.
• You coordinate solutions and corrections with the 3rd-level support of our manufacturers.
• You collaborate closely with the sales and project team and actively contribute to process improvements.

What you need to succeed:

• You have completed an education as an IT specialist, system technician, or a comparable IT degree – or have relevant professional experience.
• You have initial experience in installing and operating IT environments.
• You work in a structured, reliable, and independent manner.
• You are service-oriented, communicative, and enjoy direct customer contact.
• You speak fluent Polish as well as very good German (at least B2) and English (B2).
• Ideally, you have basic knowledge of SQL servers.
