IT Service Delivery Manager (m/w/d)
YOUR TASKS:
  • Manage system operations, maintenance and documentation in accordance with compliance requirements
  • Optimize continual service and review incident and problem data for trends and recurrence of issues
  • Control and manage the existing SLA with related KPI´s for service delivery
  • Coordinate and support the implementation of service management and reporting tools
  • Target group oriented communication and information management
YOUR PROFILE:
  • IT related education and minimum of 3 years professional experience in enterprise companies
  • ITIL expert, idealwise with certification
  • Experience in implementing cross-functional process improvements
  • Solid knowledge of MS Windows client and server OS, MS Active Directory, ITSM / MS MOF and project management
  • Intercultural competence and strong social skills
  • Good communication, collaboration, presentation skills
  • Communications skills in English
