YourCode Recruitment Group is partnering with an established, independent software and consulting company in Darmstadt that’s been helping enterprise clients optimise their IT environments for over 25 years.

They’re now looking for a Sales Manager IT (New Business) to join their team — someone who thrives on building relationships, driving new business, and delivering high-quality IT solutions that make a real impact.

🚀 The Opportunity

As part of a growing sales team, you’ll take the lead in acquiring new enterprise clients while nurturing long‑term relationships. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, understanding each client’s technical challenges and connecting them with cutting‑edge solutions in:

  • Automation
  • Software Development
  • API Management
  • Infrastructure Management

You’ll be supported by a technically strong team but will own the full sales cycle — from identifying opportunities and assessing client needs to preparing proposals and closing deals.

🔑 What You’ll Be Doing
  • Drive new business development across the DACH region (with some international opportunities) as a Sales Manager.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from first contact through to contract signing.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow enterprise accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with solution experts to create proposals and tailored offers.
  • Identify and build opportunities in new and emerging technology areas such as API Management.
  • Represent the company at events, client meetings, and (occasionally) on-site visits.
👤 About You

You’re a self‑starter with strong technical insight and the ability to translate complex IT concepts into clear business value.

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B or enterprise IT sales (ideally software, consulting, or infrastructure).
  • A technical or IT‑related background – you understand your customers’ pain points.
  • Proven success in hunting new business and managing long‑term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Structured and independent working style with a hands‑on mindset.
  • Fluent in German (C1+) and English.
  • Willing to work in the Darmstadt office one day per week (hybrid flexibility).
