Stellenübersicht

Under general direction, this position will be responsible for leading the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of key IT projects, ensuring alignment with company strategy, commitments, and goals. The IT Project Manager plans, organizes, monitors, and oversees one or more IT projects to meet defined IT and business requirements. This role requires close collaboration with all IT team members, project sponsors, and stakeholders, guiding efforts toward achieving the desired IT project outcomes.

Verantwortungsbereiche

• Identifies IT project goals and priorities with project sponsors and key stakeholders.
• Develops effective IT project plans with clear objectives and deliverables, and communicates these plans.
• Establishes and communicates project activities and priorities.
• Leads the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across multiple locations with different system integration needs.
• Conducts business process mapping workshops and defines system requirements with stakeholders.
• Prepares detailed project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
• Acts as the main liaison between business units, IT, and software vendors.
• Oversees the digitization of physical assets into digital formats.
• Collaborates with management to set target dates and allocate resources.
• Aligns project efforts with departmental and organizational strategies and timelines.
• Identifies and mitigates risks to project success.
• Manages project resources and budgets to meet objectives.
• Coordinates external resources needed for project support.
• Provides overall project status updates.
• Manages multiple projects simultaneously and multitasks effectively.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or business; MBA preferred.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred; in-depth knowledge of ERP processes.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Power BI, SAP Concur, Replicon preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of direct IT project management experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to articulate issues, build consensus, and define next steps.
• Team-oriented, self-starter, able to work independently, customer-focused.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Responsible, flexible, and able to interface successfully at all management levels.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
