Job summary

J&T Express Germany GmbH seeks an IT & Network Support Engineer (m/w/d) fluent in Mandarin to join our team in Nieder-Olm, Rhineland-Palatinate. You will provide hands-on IT support, maintain local network and IT infrastructure, and collaborate with Group IT and external service providers.

This role requires Mandarin fluency and business-level English or German, with 1–3 years in IT support or network operations.

Qualifications

• Business-level English or German for collaboration with teams.
• 1–3 years of IT support, desktop support, or network operations.
• Solid knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux, Microsoft 365 and VPN.
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, Wi-Fi and VPN.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for employees across offices, warehouses, and sites.
• Troubleshoot and support network infrastructure: switches, routers, firewalls, VPN, Wi‑Fi.
• Handle incidents and service requests via ticketing system; document and escalate as needed.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and IT asset management.
• Support servers and IT infrastructure operations and documentation.
• Assist with SaaS apps, system monitoring and incident resolution.

Join J&T Express as an IT & Network Support Engineer (m/w/d) – Mandarin Speaking and become part of our growing team in Germany. You will provide hands-on IT support, maintain our local network and IT infrastructure, and work closely with our local teams, Group IT, and external service providers.

This is a Mandarin-speaking position. Fluency in Mandarin is required.

The role is based in Nieder-Olm, Rhineland-Palatinate.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for employees across offices, warehouses, and operational sites, including PCs, printers, meeting equipment, PDAs, user accounts, and access permissions
• Troubleshoot and support network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, Wi‑Fi, VPN, and network connectivity
• Handle IT incidents and service requests through the ticketing system, including troubleshooting, documentation, escalation, and follow-up
• Support employee IT onboarding and offboarding, including account setup, permissions, and IT equipment
• Assist with server room and IT infrastructure operations, equipment checks, IT asset management, and technical documentation
• Support SaaS applications, system monitoring, and the resolution and escalation of technical incidents

Your Profile

• Fluent in Mandarin and business fluent in either English or German
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, network operations, or system support; graduates with relevant internship or project experience are also welcome
• Good knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux, Microsoft 365, VPN, and common workplace IT systems
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, Wi‑Fi, and VPN
• Basic experience with network equipment such as Cisco, Huawei, H3C, Fortinet, or comparable technologies
• Experience with Zabbix, PRTG, Wireshark, ticketing systems, or IT asset management is an advantage
• Service-oriented, hands‑on, and structured approach with good troubleshooting and communication skills
• Applicants must already have valid authorization to reside and work in Germany for this position
