J&T Express Germany GmbH is seeking a proactive Business Development Specialist to strengthen relationships with warehouse partners, identify growth opportunities, and support the expansion of our shipping network in Germany.

You will regularly visit partner warehouses across Germany, analyze shipping activities, and collaborate closely with Operations, Customer Service and Network Management to drive sustainable growth and improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and Chinese (Mandarin) written and spoken.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within Germany.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, independent and solution-oriented working style.
• High level of responsibility, initiative and willingness to learn.
• Strong customer orientation and relationship-building skills.
• Good English skills are an advantage.
• Initial experience in business development, sales, account management, logistics or e-commerce is a plus, but not required.
