J&T Express Germany GmbH in Mainz is seeking a Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team as we expand our cross-border e-commerce logistics network. You will handle inquiries, support shipment tracking, and work closely with operations.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and a customer-oriented mindset. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is required; German is a plus, and you will join a fast-growing international environment with flat hierarchies.

Qualifications

• First experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, or Logistics preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Structured and reliable way of working.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
