Qualifikationen

We work in a hybrid model with flexible working hours - both on site and mobile.

Passion

Steer the development and implementation of business strategies in close alignment with executive leadership for the domain Finance & Controlling from the IT perspective.

Identify and evaluate new IT trends and technologies, to enable new business opportunities and drive innovations.

Overlook the activities of all IT entities in the domain Finance & Controlling.

Contribute to transformation initiatives, and oversee the portfolio of demands, projects and services across the business domain Finance & Controlling.

Lead change management initiatives, applying structured methodologies and overcoming barriers and silos.

Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders (including executive leadership) and facilitate decision making processes.

Ensure compliance considering governance guidelines and risk management processes.

Initiate and steer innovation and digitalization projects, assessing and proving new ideas, technologies and trends.

Facilitate process workshops and ensure sustainable and transparent documentation.

Mentor consulting resources and architects, fostering collaboration and professional growth.

Represent the company at conferences, industry forums, and through thought leadership activities.

Contributing your strengths

Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification.

Several years of experience in IT Strategy & Consulting in a similar role (e.g., Business Consultant, Business Partner) in an international environment or larger mid‑sized company in related business fields (Business domains Finance & Controlling).

Proven experience managing complex tasks in a global business environment.

Advanced Problem‑Solving skills, adopting a holistic, technology‑agnostic perspective and enabling strategic clarity and cross‑domain insights.

Effectively shape decision‑making without formal authority by articulating direction grounded in technical feasibility, cost‑effectiveness, and business impact.

Strategic Thinking & Business Understanding in the own domain.

E2E (End‑To‑End) cross‑functional thinking, mindset and solution conceptualization.

Strong Communication skills & Stakeholder Engagement, especially with C‑Suite level.

Advisory and Facilitation (including Presentation) skills.

Adaptability & Continuous Learning, stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes.

Proficient C‑Suite communication level.

Living in Germany (no sponsorship foreseen).

Fluent in German and English, any other European language B2 level is a plus.
