Your responsibilities

• Sourcing, identifying and evaluating investment opportunities with focus on Industrial Tech and Enterprise Software companies
• Contributing to and supporting our deal flow and associated processes
• Support structuring, negotiating and executing investments
• Working closely with founders of our portfolio companies
• Developing expertise across Capmont Technology‘s investment sectors
• Representing and developing Capmont Technology‘s brand while expanding its network

What you bring to the role

• Excellent academic track record: You hold a degree from a top tier university with a technical background, i.e. Computer Science, Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, Physics
• You have demonstrated an entrepreneurial mindset and gained 2-3 years experience in a fast-paced startup environment, VC, consulting firm or similar (prior founder or co-founder experience is a strong plus)
• You are familiar with the entrepreneurial ecosystem, have started to build a strong network, and know the VC terminology and processes
• You are a proactive and goal-oriented digital native with great analytical skills who thrives in a high-performance culture and is ready to go the extra mile
• Intrinsically motivated to build up a next generation Venture Capital platform
• Fluency in English and German are a must
