Looking for an Associate to join their team in Munich. The role offers significant responsibility across the full transaction lifecycle, close collaboration with senior leadership, and direct exposure to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of M&A transactions, including financial analysis, valuation, and deal structuring
• Act as the main day-to-day contact for clients, investors, and counterparties
• Coordinate internal deal teams and external advisors (legal, tax, commercial)
• Prepare and review information memoranda, management presentations, and transaction documentation
• Support business development and pitch activities
• Train, mentor, and review the work of Analysts and Associates

Your Profile

• 3-6 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction advisory
• Proven track record in executing mid-market M&A transactions
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and detail-oriented working style
• Fluency in German and English
