Job summary

Schaeffler invites motivated students for an internship in the HR.SALT program. You will support SAP SuccessFactors implementation, assist in project scheduling, and help maintain documentation across international teams.

The role requires an enrolled student in Business Administration, IT, or related fields with strong English skills. German is a plus, and MS Office proficiency, especially Excel, is expected. The internship offers training opportunities and networking in a global setting.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, IT, or Communication Sciences or a comparable field.
• Very good written and spoken English skills; German preferred.
• MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project scheduling, tracking milestones, and maintaining documentation.
• Support development and maintenance of templates and tools for consistency and efficiency.
• Collect and analyze project data to support decision-making and planning.
• Prepare project status reports and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate meetings across international teams; manage agendas and minutes.
• Contribute to Change Management, Communication and Training strategy.

General Information

In our Program HR.SALT we are in the drivers seat transforming our HR application landscape into one SAP SuccessFactors instance worldwide.

This includes several functional and cross-functional projects with team members from the entire HR and IT organization, aiming to meet the expectations of our stakeholders and the company.

Your Responsibilities

• Assisting in project scheduling, tracking milestones and maintaining documentation
• Supporting the development and maintenance of project templates and tools to ensure consistency and efficiency
• Collecting and analyzing project data to support informed decision-making and strategic planning
• Preparing project status reports, ensuring stakeholder alignment
• Coordinating meetings across international teams, managing agendas and minutes
• Contributing to Change Management, Communication and Training strategy and plan
• Participating in system/module tests

Your Profile

• Currently pursuing a degree of Business Administration, IT, Communication Sciences or a comparable field
• Very good written and spoken English skills
• German language skills preferable
• Proficiency in MS Office programs, especially in Excel
• Knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors preferable
• Eagerness and speed to learn, creativity, team spirit, excellent communication skills
