Job summary

Schaeffler is seeking an intern for a 6-month assignment in our People Development team in Bavaria. The program supports performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement, with a focus on international collaboration across Europe.

The internship requires enrollment in a degree program and offers insights into corporate communications, events, and intranet content creation within a global tech company.

Qualifications

• Degree program in Economics, Social Sciences, HR, or a comparable field.
• Very good written and spoken German and English.
• Confident use of MS-Office.
• Independent, responsible and customer-oriented working style.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support team in people development initiatives including performance management, leadership development, talent development, and employee engagement.
• Prepare, analyze, and evaluate communication materials on strategic topics.
• Create and maintain intranet content for internal communication purposes.
• Assist in organizing events, workshops, and team meetings.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Europe in an international environment.
