The Schaeffler internship in Project Management for the HR Digital Transformation Program (d/f/m) is based in Regensburg. It offers hands-on experience across SAP SuccessFactors-driven projects and cross-functional HR/IT collaboration.

You will support scheduling, templates, reporting, and change management while developing strong professional and international teamwork skills. Applicants must be enrolled students with strong English, MS Office skills, and a proactive learning attitude.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, IT, Communications or an equivalent field.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills are required.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel is expected.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project scheduling, track milestones and maintain documentation.
• Support development and maintenance of project templates and tools for consistency and efficiency.
• Collect and analyze project data to support informed decision-making and planning.
• Prepare project status reports and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate meetings across international teams, manage agendas and minutes.
• Contribute to Change Management, Communication and Training strategy and plan.
• Participate in system/module tests.

General Information

In our Program HR.SALT we are in the drivers seat transforming our HR application landscape into one SAP SuccessFactors instance worldwide.

This includes several functional and cross-functional projects with team members from the entire HR and IT organization, aiming to meet the expectationsa of our stakeholders and the company.

Your Responsibilities

• Assisting in project scheduling, tracking milestones and maintaining documentation
• Supporting the development and maintenance of project templates and tools to ensure consistency and efficiency
• Collecting and analyzing project data to support informed decision-making and strategic planning

Your Profile

• Currently pursuing a degree of Business Administration, IT, Communication Siences or a comparable field
• Very good written and spoken English skills
• Proficiency in MS Office programs, especially in Excel
• Knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors preferable
• Eagerness and speed to learn, creativity, team spirit, excellent communication skills
