Looking to kick off your sales career in one of Europe’s fastest‑growing tech companies? Wolt for Work is offering an exciting opportunity for ambitious early‑career talent to join our growing B2B sales team in Berlin.

This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals at the beginning of their sales career who want to learn the foundations of B2B sales in a high‑growth international environment. As an Inside Sales Representative you’ll focus on outbound prospecting, building pipeline and setting up qualified meetings with potential Wolt for Work customers, supported by structured onboarding, hands‑on coaching and clear development paths.

Wolt for Work is Wolt’s B2B offering that brings the same great Wolt experience to companies and their employees. Through Wolt’s delivery platform businesses can support employee meals, office events and hybrid work, helping teams stay connected and productive.

What you’ll be doing
Prospecting & outbound sales
  • Be the first point of contact for prospective German‑speaking business customers, primarily via outbound cold calls.
  • Identify and engage decision‑makers such as Office Managers, HR People & Culture and senior Leaders.
  • Spark meaningful conversations and clearly communicate the Wolt for Work value proposition.
Pipeline building
  • Book qualified introductory meetings for Sales Managers and contribute to a strong B2B sales pipeline.
  • Qualify leads based on company size, needs and use cases.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date information in CRM tools.
Learning & development
  • Take part in structured onboarding covering sales fundamentals, outreach techniques, objection handling and product knowledge.
  • Learn by doing with ongoing coaching, feedback and performance reviews.
Team & performance ownership
  • Work closely with an international Berlin‑based sales team.
  • Track your activity and performance against clear goals and KPIs.
  • Take ownership of your impact and celebrate wins as a team.
Our humble expectations
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
  • Interest in B2B sales, business development or customer‑facing roles; prior sales or cold‑calling experience is a plus but not required.
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone and motivated by clear targets.
  • Curious, coachable and eager to learn in a fast‑paced scale‑up environment.
  • Based in Berlin or willing to relocate; this is an office‑first role.
