Your Role

• You will drive the transformation of our Supply Chain Planning processes.
• You will leverage the full power of SAP (Integrated Business Planning (IBP), S/4HANA, PPDS) to create a unified digital orchestration.
• You will develop and implement solutions that optimize inventory, forecasting, production resource utilization, and streamline planning across the entire organization.
• You will collaborate across departments to ensure flawless integration and maximize the impact of your solutions.
• You will lead and execute projects and support users with daily system issues.

Your Profile

• Deep understanding of Supply Chain Planning principles and SAP functionality, with at least 5 years hands‑on SAP experience.
• In‑depth knowledge of planning options in SAP S/4HANA such as MRP Live, PPDS, and IBP, and a basic understanding of related functional areas such as PP/PI or SD.
• Proficient at navigating SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to draw connections within cross‑functional topics.
• Passion for data analytics and using digital tools to create efficiencies.
• Creative mindset that thrives on exploring new possibilities and pushing boundaries.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to unite the team.
• Ability to convince and present solutions in a structured way.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Industry experience is a plus.
