Jobtailor in Germany is seeking an energetic Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end lifecycle—from intake to offer closure—for IT roles across multiple geographies. You will source through LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.

You will build talent pipelines, maintain ATS records, support offers, and provide a positive candidate experience while tracking recruiting metrics like time-to-fill and source effectiveness.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6 months to 2 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
• Hands-on sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job boards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work in remote settings.
• Experience with MS Office/Google Workspace.

• Support offer negotiation, documentation, and pre-onboarding formalities
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and pipeline health

Requirements
