Jobtailor is seeking a Global Recruiting Operations Leader to drive scale across EMEA, Americas, and APAC. You will oversee interview scheduling, optimize workflows, and ensure data integrity in ATS while collaborating with Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers to align with hiring priorities.

With 5+ years leading recruiting operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, you will drive KPI-driven improvements, coach teams, and push automation for greater efficiency and candidate

• Ensure data integrity and compliance; optimize ATS and scheduling tools.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, and stakeholders to meet hiring goals.
• Lead coordination for executive interviews, onsite interviews, and recruiting events.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process standardization.
• Contribute to Talent Acquisition initiatives to improve scalability and candidate experience.

• Lead and develop a global team of Recruiting Coordinators across EMEA, Americas, and APAC
• Oversee interview scheduling and recruiting coordination operations
• Design, implement, and optimize scalable coordination processes, workflows, and best practices across regions
• Establish and monitor key operational metrics to drive efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement
• Ensure data integrity, process compliance, and effective use of ATS, scheduling, and recruiting tools
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to support hiring goals and priorities
• Lead coordination for complex hiring activities, including executive interviews, onsite interviews, and recruiting events
• Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and operational excellence
• Lead and contribute to Talent Acquisition initiatives improving recruiting operations, scalability, and candidate experience

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or talent acquisition, with team leadership experience
• Proven experience managing or supporting global hiring operations across multiple regions
• Strong experience in interview scheduling, coordination workflows, and ATS systems
• Experience building or optimizing processes, KPIs, and operational metrics in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop teams
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization
• Experience supporting high-volume, complex, or executive hiring is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
