Jobtailor in Germany is seeking a Recruitment Team Lead to guide a mid-to-senior level talent acquisition team, set targets, and own end-to-end recruitment processes. You will partner with senior stakeholders and drive performance through coaching and data-driven strategies.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in leading teams, recruiting across functions, and optimizing processes in an in-house, RPO, or embedded model, with a focus on technical hiring.
