Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a full-cycle Recruiter to manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance for healthcare roles. You will source qualified professionals using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and internal databases, and review applications.

You will conduct telephone and virtual interviews, assess fit, present candidates to hiring managers, coordinate interviews, and maintain talent pipelines.

• Proven experience as a Full Cycle Recruiter in healthcare preferred.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, referrals and internal databases.

• Monitor post-placement success and contribute to initiatives aimed at improving candidate retention.
• Maintain accurate recruitment reports, documentation, and activity records.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full Cycle Recruiter, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Experience sourcing candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong interviewing, screening, and candidate-assessment skills.
• Experience managing the recruitment process from sourcing through to offer acceptance.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to develop creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
