We’re working with a growing international business that’s hiring a part-time HR Generalist to support its expanding team in Germany. This role is 24 hours per week across 3 days and offers broad exposure across HR operations, recruitment, and people initiatives.

The role
  • End-to-end recruitment support for German hires
  • Coordination of onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
  • Monthly payroll coordination and benefits administration
  • Maintenance of HR records and locally compliant people processes
  • Support with HR policies, Health & Safety, and employee queries
  • Collaboration with senior leadership and the wider People team
About you
  • Previous experience in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role
  • Strong understanding of German employment law and payroll processes
  • Comfortable managing recruitment processes and external agencies
  • Highly organised, reliable, and happy working autonomously
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Experience working with Works Councils
