About the job

As HR Specialist you play a key role within our international and fast-evolving organization. You will provide full HR support to our German entity. Your responsibilities span recruitment, HR administration, payroll coordination, case management and continuous improvement of HR processes.

You will work closely with managers and employees at our Emden site where a strong local culture and specific operational focus make this role both varied and dynamic.

Main responsibilities
  • End-to-end recruitment including pre-selection, contract preparation and onboarding.
  • Payroll coordination for German entity.
  • HR administration and data accuracy across systems.
  • Coordination of training & development programs including budget planning.
  • Maintenance and implementation of company policies and regulations.
  • Managing annual appraisal cycles and supporting salary budget processes.
  • Guidance on case management topics (e.g. absenteeism, employee relations).
About you
  • You thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy working with different teams and cultures. You’re proactive, well‑organized and ready to take responsibility.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Economics or related field.
  • 3‑5 years of experience in a similar field.
  • Knowledge of German Labor Law.
  • Flexible, practical and self‑driven mindset.
  • Strong communication skills in English (fluent) and German (A2/B1).
  • Driver’s license (desirable).
