A leading European financial institution in Frankfurt is seeking an HR Services Administrator to join its HR Operations team. This position offers a chance to manage personnel administration, issue contracts, and generate reports using SAP. The ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications and at least two years of experience in HR support roles. This fixed-term contract comes with a competitive salary and the opportunity for a part-time arrangement.
You will be part of the HR Operations team in the Directorate General Human Resources. Our Directorate General has around 100 staff and provides HR solutions and services to more than 5,000 employees. We are transforming how we operate by simplifying processes, leveraging technology and embedding future-focused, people‑centred and data‑driven practices. The Employee Services Division is responsible for policies, processes and operations related to aspects such as working conditions, contracts, payroll, health and wellbeing, pensions, insurance and the social integration of staff and their families.
In your role as an HR Services Administrator, you will be part of a team of six members of staff responsible for performing administrative tasks related to staff changes, issuing employment contracts and managing the ECB position plan. You will work closely with managers and colleagues across the ECB’s business areas.

The contract offered will be fixed‑term, the appointment being for 12 months as of the exact starting date of the selected person.
Temporary appointments may be extended or made permanent subject to organisational needs and budgetary constraints. This may result in a staff member with a non-convertible fixed‑term contract being offered a convertible contract in accordance with the ECB Conditions of Employment.
